ANALOGUE CIRCUIT FAULT MODE CLASSIFICATION METHOD

An analogue circuit fault mode classification method, comprising the following implementation steps: (1) acquiring M groups of voltage signal sample vectors Vij with regard to each fault mode Fi of an analogue circuit using a data acquisition board; (2) sequentially extracting fault feature vectors Vij F of the voltage signal sample vectors Vij by means of subspace projection; (3) performing standardization processing on the extracted fault feature vectors Vij F to obtain standardized fault feature vectors; (4) constructing a fault mode classifier based on a support vector machine, inputting the standardized fault feature, performing learning training on the classifier, and determining structure parameters of the classifier; and (5) completing fault mode judgement according to a fault mode determination rule. In the classification method, learning training is simple and the mode classification accuracy is reliable.
