The electronic box comprises a casing (11) containing two electronic boards (12, 13) connected by an electrical conductor (14). The conductor has one end welded by one of the electronic boards and other end welded by the other electronic boards, and is an aluminum tape and an aluminum wire having a diameter of greater than 250 mu m. The ends of the electrical conductor are welded by welding with bevel or wedge bonding. The casing is made of aluminum, and further contains a protective resin (17) such as polyurethane resin encapsulating one of the welded ends of the electrical conductor.
