The business terminal 100 monitors an event occurring while the customer terminal 200 is being shared, and transmits a prescribed notification to the server 300 when a prescribed event occurs, and the server 300 executes, upon receiving the prescribed notification from the business terminal 100, output and acquisition of prescribed information in conformity with a prescribed operation flow 327 for the case where screen output and information input are executed at only the business terminal 100. |
