The present invention provides: a surface treatment agent for nitrided surfaces, which contains a fluorine-containing compound that has, at an end of each molecule, a carbon-carbon unsaturated bond as a group represented by -Y-A (wherein Y represents a single bond, an oxygen atom or a divalent organic group; and A represents -CH=CH2 or -C≡CH); and a surface treatment method which uses this surface treatment agent for nitrided surfaces. |
