PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for producing a multi-layered film capable of reducing tension in sticking a first film by suppressing variation in the tension of the first film delivered from a film roll when producing a multi-layered film by sticking the first film to a second film.SOLUTION: An apparatus for producing a multi-layered film by delivering a first film from a film roll and sticking the delivered first film to a second film includes: a film delivering part capable of supporting the film roll rotatably in a circumferential direction and delivering the first film from the film roll; and a sticking part capable of sticking the delivered first film to the second film. The film delivering part includes a balancer fixed to the film roll and capable of rotating together with the film roll, and the balancer includes a base part, a weight provided at the base part movably in a radial direction, and a weight driving part capable of moving the weight in a radial direction. |
