The invention describes an anti-seismic, insulating construction element, designed for constructing building partitions, comprising a plurality of rods (15a, 15b) made of a rigid material and substantially embedded in a matrix (10) made of a flexible material, wherein a first set of rods (15a) is housed inside the matrix (10) in a vertical direction, a second set of rods (15b) is housed inside the matrix in a horizontal direction, none of the rods of the first set (15a) is rigidly joined to any rod of the second set (15b), and the rods (15a, 15b) of one of the two sets, first (15a) or second (15b), do not extend continuously along the length of the matrix (10). |
