PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an olefin resin composition having particularly excellent adhesive performance to various base materials; and to provide a laminate and a conjugated product.SOLUTION: An olefin resin composition is a resin composition (C) comprising: a polar group-containing olefin copolymer (A) obtained by copolymerizing ethylene or a 3-20C α-olefin with a polar group-containing monomer containing a carboxyl group or a dicarboxylic anhydride group in the presence of a transition metal catalyst; and an olefin resin (B), wherein the blending amount of the olefin resin (B) is 25 to 100,000 pts.wt. based on 100 pts.wt. of the polar group-containing olefin copolymer (A). |
