PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely control the combustion of an engine by using a proper combustion control parameter corresponding to a changeover state of a variable valve lift mechanism.SOLUTION: When a crank angle which is detected by a crank angle sensor (SW12) is within a prescribed angle range in which a cylinder is changed whose lift amount of an exhaust valve is switched due to a variation of a response time after an input of a changeover indication of the lift amount of the exhaust valve (22) by a PCM up to the completion of the changeover of the lift amount of the exhaust valve by a VVL (71), the PCM (10) of an engine (1) limits an output of the changeover indication of the lift amount of the exhaust valve with respect to the VVL.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
