A method of preparing an organic light-emitting device, the method comprising: forming at least one pre-inorganic layer (4") comprising a low temperature viscosity transition (LVT) inorganic material (4') on a second substrate (11); forming at least one organic emission unit (2) on a first substrate (1'); applying an adhesive (12) to edge portions of at least one of the second substrate (11) or the first substrate(1'); bonding the second substrate (11) and the first substrate (1') using the adhesive (12) such that the pre-inorganic layer (4") and the organic emission unit (2) face each other; and transiting the pre-inorganic layer (4") to an inorganic layer (4) to cover the organic emission unit (2) by performing a healing process on the pre-inorganic layer (4") at a temperature greater than a viscosity transition temperature of the LVT inorganic material (4'). |
