PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bathroom unit in which a clean-out for satisfying the housing performance display maintenance management countermeasure rating of 3 is located on a bathroom side and the inside of a drain water discharge tube connected to a bathtub drain trap can be easily cleaned from the bathroom side.SOLUTION: In a bathroom unit A in which a drain water discharge tube 53 is directly connected to a bathtub drain trap 5 connected to a bathtub 2 so as to receive an exhaust port of the bathtub 2, a cleaning tool pipeline 6 is provided one end of which is continuously connected to the bathtub drain trap 5 on the downstream side of a trap body part 51 of the bathtub drain trap 5 and the other end of which is provided so as to face the inside of a bathroom, and in which a flexible long drain water discharge tube cleaning nozzle is inserted into the drain water discharge tube 53 connected to the bathtub drain trap 5 from the bathroom side. |
