PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal device that is able to prevent a third person who is not authorized to use from using a specific function set as a security object.SOLUTION: A portable terminal device has a touch panel that displays an image and that is able to read a finger print by means a touch sensor. A control part is also provided, which, in a sleeping state of the portable terminal device, collates the data of a finger print read based on the touch of the touch panel with the finger and the finger print data stored in advance, and starts an application when the result of the collation matches. Every time the touch panel is touched with a finger during the application, the control part collates fingerprint data read based on the touch and fingerprint data stored in advance, and continues the application when the result of the collation matches.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5 |
