PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor control device capable of improving precision of control, compared to control of making estimated hydraulic pressure closer to target hydraulic pressure, and to provide an electric pump unit.SOLUTION: Control signal output means 31 has load curve table data showing a relationship between the estimated hydraulic pressure and a flow rate for each oil temperature preliminarily determined by experiment. On the basis of oil temperature information, it calculates a required motor rotating speed from a required flow rate for each oil temperature in the load curve table data, and performs control using the calculated motor rotating speed as a command. |
