This in-vehicle camera control device 1 comprises: an assessment unit 11 that assesses imaging conditions using images captured by an in-vehicle camera 2; an imaging determination unit 12 that determines whether or not to continue imaging on the basis of the assessment results generated by the assessment unit 11; and a drive control unit 14 that outputs a drive signal to a drive unit 22 of the in-vehicle camera 2 causing the drive unit 22 to move the in-vehicle camera 2 when the imaging determination unit 12 determines that imaging is not possible. It is thus possible to move the in-vehicle camera 2 to a position where normal images can be captured when the worsening of the imaging environment cannot be reversed even by operating wipers or the like. |
