PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle seat-reclining mechanism capable of efficiently driving a seat back with a small force.SOLUTION: A seat back frame (11) is rotatably connected to a seat cushion frame (10). The seat back frame and the seat cushion frame are coupled to an expandable member (30) capable of changing the total length. The expandable member (30) includes a front side shaft (31), a rear side shaft (32) and an intermediate support body (33). By moving the front and rear shafts (31), (32) outward/inward from/into the intermediate support body (33), a user can expand/contract the total length. By expanding or contracting the expandable member (33), the user can tilt the seat back frame (11). By advancing or retracting two shafts, namely, the front and rear shafts (31, 32), the seat back can be efficiently driven. Preferably, a rotary shaft (12) of the seat back frame is provided so that a lever member (20) is extended toward the opposite side of the seat back frame (11) from the rotary shaft to connect the expandable member (30) with the lever member (20). |
