PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of determining important documents.SOLUTION: A document management device includes retrieval means, accumulation means, and determination means, and performs management of electronic documents. The retrieval means retrieves keywords contained in a keyword set for use in a determination on whether a document is important or not from the document, and extracts a prescribed character string associated with the keywords. The accumulation means adds the extracted prescribed character string to the keyword set and accumulates them. The determination means performs important document determination processing for determining whether the document is important or not, where one of the important document determination processing includes determining a document including at least one of the keywords and the prescribed character string as the important document. |
