PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an insole capable of excellently correcting the foot skeleton, and improving the motion of the joint.SOLUTION: An insole 1 arranged on the top face of a footwear sole includes an insole body 10 with flexibility, and a metatarsal bone support protrusion 20 and a calcaneum support protrusion 30 provided on the reverse surface side of the insole body 10. The metatarsal bone support protrusion 20 and the calcaneum support protrusion 30 are arranged by placing the sole on the front side of the insole body 10 in a state of bringing ends 24 and 34 into contact with the top face of the footwear sole, so as to support the fifth metatarsal bone and the calcaneum outside respectively through the insole body 10. A space part is formed on the whole from the metatarsal bone support protrusion 20 to the calcaneum support protrusion 30 along the outer edge part of the insole body 10, between the insole body 10 and the footwear sole. |
