摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce a size of a cooling device and broaden an application range by improving a cooling adjustment function of a cooling target and also by increasing a degree of freedom in the arranged position of a condensation part with respect to an evaporation part.SOLUTION: A cooling device (2, 62) has an evaporation part (4, heat sink 64), a condensation part (6, heat exchanger 66), a first conduit (forward conduit 8) and a second conduit (backward conduit 10), a turbine (16), and a rotor (18). The evaporation part is installed in a heat generation component (14), and evaporates a cooling medium (12) filled in an interior part by heat generation of the heat generation component. The condensation part takes in at least evaporated cooling medium and condenses it through heat exchange. The first conduit causes the cooling medium, flowing as a result of evaporation in the evaporation part, to the condensation part. The second conduit causes the cooling medium, condensed in the condensation part, to flow into the evaporation part. The turbine is installed in the first conduit and rotates in contact with the flowing cooling medium. The rotor rotates based on the rotation of the turbine and causes the cooling medium in the second conduit to flow.
