Provided is a combustion treatment device capable of executing an exhaust-gas rapid cooling treatment inside the device. Also provided is a combustion treatment system capable of treating impurities separated from an exhaust gas inside the system. The combustion treatment system 1 includes a combustion treatment device 2, an exhaust gas treatment device 3, and an impurity return device 4. The combustion treatment device 2 includes a treatment chamber 10, a treatment medium supply device 30, and a control device 40. A treatment zone 21 where a combustion treatment is performed on a substance to be treated, and a cooling zone 22 where a cooling treatment is performed on an exhaust gas produced by the combustion treatment, are formed in an internal space 20 of the treatment chamber 10. The control device 40 controls the amount of the treatment medium supplied from the treatment medium supply device 30 to the treatment zone 21 so as to prevent combustion of the substance to be treated from spreading beyond the treatment zone 21. Impurities separated from the exhaust gas are returned to the combustion treatment device 2 by the impurity return device 4, and are subjected to the combustion treatment again in the combustion treatment device 2. |
