PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid state image pickup device having high sensitivity.SOLUTION: A pixel in which a beam incident on a photoelectric conversion part from a first plane side via a lens part is reflected at a reflection plane of a reflection part after having passed through a second plane, and enters from the second plane side back into the photoelectric conversion part has such a structure that the sectional area at the second plane and the sectional area at the reflection plane of a beam heading from the photoelectric conversion part to the reflection part are larger than the sectional area, in a section between the photoelectric conversion part and the reflection part, of the beam heading from the photoelectric conversion part to the reflection part. |
