PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soluble cut flower freshness holding sheet holding the freshness of cut flower by the addition to service water to be dipped with the stem part of the cut flower and further reducing the labor of handling by its dissolution into the service water.SOLUTION: Provided is a soluble cut flower freshness holding sheet holding the freshness of cut flower by the addition to service water to be dipped with the stem part of the cut flower and further dissolved into the service water. The soluble sheet is obtained by heating and kneading physically worked starch obtained by irradiating the gelatinized matter of starch with ultrasonic waves and alum as a freshness retaining agent in the presence of moisture and working the same into a prescribed thickness, and glycerin is blended into the soluble sheet as a softener. |
