PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sticking device and method which efficiently transfer and stick a thin rubber strip.SOLUTION: A sticking device 1 which winds a thin tape-like unvulcanized rubber strip G2 on a turning former comprises: a separation unit 2 including a take-up material R in which a combined tape 12 made by combining in advance the rubber strip G2 with a support medium 10 made of a resin material is wound in whorl, and separating the rubber strip G2 from the support medium 10 from the combined tape 12 in the take-up material R to feed only the rubber strip G2; and a rubber strip transferring and sticking part 3 which receives the rubber strip G2 fed from the separation unit 2 and transfers and sticks the rubber strip G2 to a former 4a. |
