PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnet embedded type rotor capable of enhancing an output torque of a motor.SOLUTION: A magnet embedded type rotor 4 comprises a rotor core 40 in which a plurality of pairs of magnet insertion holes 42 and 43 separated via a bridge part 41 are formed in a circumferential direction. A pair of permanent magnets 50 and 51 respectively inserted into each of the plurality of pairs of magnet insertion holes 42 and 43, forms one magnetic pole. Here, an auxiliary permanent magnet 52 is provided to a part on the rotor core outer peripheral side from the bridge part 41 in the rotor core 40. To the auxiliary permanent magnet 52, a taper part 52a in which a width in a rotor core circumferential direction becomes gradually thinner as closer to the bridge part 41 is formed. A magnetic pole on the rotor core outer peripheral side of the auxiliary permanent magnet 52 is the same as the magnetic pole formed on the rotor core outer peripheral side by the pair of permanent magnets 50 and 51. In addition, the magnetic pole of the taper part 52a of the auxiliary permanent magnet 52 is different from the magnetic pole formed on the rotor core outer peripheral side by the pair of permanent magnets 50 and 51. |
