PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray machine which can acquire a naturally-connected long image.SOLUTION: In order to obtain an approximate shape, data of a model are acquired before long-length radiography, and shape data with signal strength depending on a position along the movement direction of the long-length radiography is obtained. Then, long-length radiography for a subject is performed, and a brightness difference (difference &Dgr; of pixel values) is generated along a data line in pixel areas overlapping with each other in two mutually-adjacent X-ray images. With the shape data with the signal strength, an off-set correction value C in a pixel (pixel coordinate y) other than the pixel areas is calculated from a slot width D and an overlapping width d on the basis of the difference &Dgr; of the pixel values in the overlapping pixel areas. Off-set correction is performed on the basis of the off-set correction value C, the long-length radiography is created by connecting the X-ray images after off-set correction and a naturally-connected long image can be acquired. |
