PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress coolant leakage in a use side circuit at a low cost.SOLUTION: An air conditioner (10) includes an outdoor circuit (2a) including a compressor (21) and an outdoor heat exchanger (22), and a plurality of indoor circuits (3a, 4a, 5a) including indoor heat exchangers (31, 41, 51), and includes a coolant circuit (10) configured so that each of the outdoor heat exchangers (31, 41, 51) individually performs a cooling operation and a heating operation, and configured so that discharged high pressure gas coolant of the compressor (21) flows to only the outdoor heat exchanger (22) when all the indoor heat exchangers (31, 41, 51) perform the cooling operations. The air conditioner (10) includes a leakage detection part (17) for detecting that coolant leaks from the coolant circuit (10) to an indoor, and a control part (18) for circulating the coolant so as to perform a refrigerating cycle in which the coolant of the indoor circuits (3a, 4a, 5a) has low pressure in the coolant circuit (10), when the leakage detection part (17) detects the coolant leakage. |
