PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheat raw material liquid and a beverage that are effectively reduced in purine content without impairing aroma and taste, and a method relating to them.SOLUTION: A method includes mixing a ground wheat raw material with water of 70°C or higher to produce a wheat raw material liquid reduced in purine content. The method may further include producing a beverage using the wheat raw material liquid. |
