PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent equipment damage by earthquakes occurring successively when performing an earthquake time restoration diagnostic operation.SOLUTION: An earthquake time restoration diagnostic operation device performs an earthquake control operation 22 for stopping a car 1 at a nearest floor based on a first vibration detection signal detected by low gal detection means 6, and performs an earthquake time restoration diagnostic operation 26 of an elevator by cancelling the stop of the car 1. The device performs the restoration diagnostic operation 26 of the elevator after elapse of predetermined time from the detection of the first vibration detection signal while allowing the car to travel at lower speed than the speed of normal operation time and allowing door opening/closing speed to be the door opening/closing speed of the normal operation time. When a second vibration detection signal of extra-low gal detection means 8 is detected before the elapse of the predetermined time from the detection of the first vibration detection signal, the device performs the restoration diagnostic operation while allowing the car to travel at ultra-low speed, which is a speed even lower, and allowing the door opening/closing speed to be low speed opening/closing speed, which is a speed even lower. |
