摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device capable of increasing accommodation efficiency of an aggregated packet in consideration of a tolerable standby time.SOLUTION: The communication device includes: different queue buffers depending on the range of packet sizes; queue buffer selection means for inputting each packet according to the packet sizes; queue buffer detection means for detecting a queue buffer including an urgent output packet reaching a tolerable standby time; first aggregation packet accommodation means for accommodating, in regard to the detected queue buffer, packets from a top packet to the urgent output packet as aggregated packets; second aggregation packet accommodation means for selecting, in regard to the aggregated packets currently accommodated, a queue buffer having a packet size of a maximum length that can be accommodated in a residual tolerable size, to accommodate the top packet from the selected queue buffer to the aggregated packet; and recursive control means for repeating the second aggregation packet accommodation means until the residual tolerable size comes to a minimum packet size.
