PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a transmission capable of restraining a shock of a shift, while eliminating time of cutting off torque transmission.SOLUTION: In shift-up, when a second roller 37 of a clutch device 20 is switched to an engaging state from an engagement releasing state by a camshaft 50, a second inner ring 34 and a second outer ring 39 relatively move in the axial direction to the direction for reducing an interval between an input raceway surface 35 and an output raceway surface 40 while being elastically deformed in the radial direction, and the second roller 37 engages with the input raceway surface 35 and the output raceway surface 49. Thus, the time of cutting off the torque transmission can be eliminated. Since a change in an input rotating speed caused by a change in the gear ratio in the shift-up can be relieved when the second inner ring 34 and the second outer ring 39 are elastically deformed in the radial direction, a shock of a shift by inertia torque caused by a change in the input rotating speed can be restrained. |
