PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a meat slicer which is configured so that revolving operation of a weight for pressing meat lump stored in a meat box against a cutter side around a guide shaft toward outside of the meat box is eliminated when meat lump to be sliced next is set in the meat box.SOLUTION: On a guide shaft 5, a clamper 6 having an inclination surface 6a which is a taper shape in cross section at its inner peripheral surface, is provided. By lifting down the clamper 6 by an operation member 11 attached to the guide shaft 5, a roller 9 held by a retainer 8 attached to an outer peripheral surface of the guide shaft 5 is pressed against the inclination surface 6a by a spring 10. Thereby, movement of a weight 2 in an axial direction with respect to the guide shaft 5 is regulated, so that revolving operation of the weight 2 toward outside the meat box is eliminated. Thereby, work efficiency to the weight 2 when meat lump to be sliced next is set in a meat box, is improved significantly. |
