PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method and a manufacturing device of a paper container with stable manufacture quality by press-molding.SOLUTION: A belt-like base paper 6 is continuously supplied to a molding device 31 by a feed unit 11. The molding device 31 includes first metal molds 41a and 41b or ruled line formation means and second metal molds 42a and 42b or blank sheet punching means and press means. On the base paper 6 supplied from the feed unit 11 ruled lines 25 are formed in a predetermined position by the first metal molds 41a and 41b. The base paper 6 on which the ruled lines 25 are formed is transferred to the second metal molds 42a and 42b in the downstream side. The base paper 6 transferred from the first metal molds 41a and 41b, while blank sheet is punched from the base paper 6 on which the ruled lines are formed by the second metal molds 42a and 42b, is press-processed at the same position and manufacturing of a paper container 60 is completed. As just described, since the base paper 6 is press- processed at the position the blank sheet is punched, thus manufacture quality is stabilized. |
