A modular door drive control system (1) according to the invention for subjecting electrical drive motors (5) to open-loop control and/or closed-loop control in order to open and close doors or door leaves (84, 85) in different applications, for example in a lift, on a train platform or on a machine tool, comprises at least one motor control unit (3a, 3b), which is of application-independent design, for generating an output voltage for feeding an electric drive motor (5) which is connected to said motor control unit, wherein the motor control unit (3a, 3b) has a device (56) for subjecting the output voltage to open-loop control and/or closed-loop control depending on activation commands which are received by means of a communication link (72), and a plurality of peripheral adaptation units (2a, 2b, 2c), which are formed differently depending on the respective application, for adapting the motor control unit (3a, 3b) or a plurality of the motor control units to match one of the different applications. The motor control unit (3a, 3b) or a plurality of the motor control units can be selectively connected to each of the peripheral adaptation units (2a, 2b, 2c) in order to transmit electrical power for the drive motor (5), which is respectively connected to said motor control unit, by means of a common intermediate circuit (71), preferably a DC voltage intermediate circuit. Door drive controllers for different applications can be realized with the aid of a modular door drive control system of this kind, without a relatively high level of expenditure on adaptation. |
