摘要 本发明公开了一种硫化碱两效蒸发工艺系统,包括蒸汽线路、物料线路及冷凝水线路。硫化碱两效蒸发开创了硫化碱生产蒸发工序的新模式,用两效列管蒸发替代了单效列管蒸发和导热油炉蒸发,节省了大量蒸汽(两效蒸发吨碱耗蒸汽1.3t),降低了生产成本,提高了产品的市场竞争力。另外,拆除了导热油炉用的两座烟囱,减少了大气污染,改善了周边环境,满足了环保要求。
