PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily change form window without making a user perform an operation to select a type of a form.SOLUTION: On accepting an enlarging operation or reducing operation, a form processing device 10 determines a type of a form window as a switching destination by reference to a totaling narrowing-down switching table based upon the type of the accepted operation and the type of a form being displayed at present. The form processing device 10 acquires total data obtained by totaling itemization data and balance data under predetermined conditions or narrowed-down data obtained by narrowing down the itemization data and balance data under predetermined conditions according to the determined type of the form screen as the switching destination. Then the form processing device 10 creates the form window as the switching destination using the acquired totaling data or narrowed-down data.
