PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a single facer, an apparatus and a method for manufacturing a corrugated cardboard sheet which properly heat a paper joint part of a core paper by increasing a pressure applied by an upper corrugation roll and a pressure belt at a proper timing to suppress adhesive failure between the core paper and a liner at a vicinity of the paper joint part.SOLUTION: There are provided upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45 which comprise corrugated outer peripheral surfaces engaged with each other and can subject the core paper to corrugation processing, an adhesive applying device 48 for applying an adhesive to a corrugated top part of the core paper (center core B) subjected to the corrugation processing, a pressure belt 43 for bonding the core paper applied with the adhesive and a rear liner C by pressing to the upper corrugation roll 44, a first pressure control device 81 capable of controlling the pressure in the corrugation processing for the core paper with the upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45, a second pressure control device 86 capable of controlling the pressure to the center core B and the rear liner C with the upper corrugation rolls 44 and the pressure belt 43, and a control device 82 for allowing the first pressure control device 81 to increase the pressure to the paper joint part of the core paper with the upper and lower corrugation rolls 44, 45 and allowing the second pressure control device 86 to increase the pressure with the upper corrugation rolls 44 and the pressure belt 43. |
