PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform efficient wireless communication by utilizing 11ac standards independently of mounting of circumferential wireless LAN master units.SOLUTION: A wireless LAN master unit grasps all of basic channels used by circumferential wireless LANs on the basis of information stored in a beacon frame from the other station, for all frequency bands available for an extended communication mode (11ac), and seeks candidates of the basic channel while taking preference of that the basic channel belongs to a frequency band with a lower existence number of the other networks in frequency band groups available for the extended communication mode, and that the basic channel is not overlapped with an extension channel used by the other network. In a case where there are a plurality of candidates, depending on a basic channel distribution state of the other network, a reception strength of an adjacent channel which has possibility of interference, and radio wave environment, such a wireless channel that can be overlapped with the basic channel used by the other network as much as possible and that interference with the wireless channel used by the other network can be avoided as much as possible is selected as the basic channel. |
