PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic order system and an automatic order method which can properly manage loss concerning promotional articles.SOLUTION: In an automatic order system, an order server orders an article to an order destination on the basis of order slip data transmitted from an order terminal. The order terminal comprises: a reception unit which receives input of sales data including sales quantity and sales date of promotional articles or regular articles and order slip data including an order quantity; and a transmission unit which transmits those pieces of data to the order server. The order server comprises: a storage unit which stores a list associating the promotional articles and the regular articles and a table associating each sales date of the promotional articles or the regular articles with the sales quantity; a server communication unit which receives the sales data and the order slip data from the order terminal and transmits information of the order slip data to the order destination; an analysis unit which stores association of the sales quantities of the promotional articles and the regular articles with each sales date in an analysis table; and a quantity correction unit which corrects the order quantity by comparing the order quantity and the past sales quantities of promotional articles. |
