PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To contribute to shortening of the time until the session is resumed for interruption of session due to network switching.SOLUTION: A network switching information notification device includes an analysis section 11 for analyzing an IP packet which is inputted to each network interface IFa, IFb, IFc and outputted therefrom, and outputting packet analysis information S1 indicating an IP address corresponding to the terminal related to the IP packet thus analyzed, a management section 12 for recording the packet analysis information S1, and acquiring an IP address corresponding to the terminal from the record when NW switching information is inputted, and outputting the IP address, and a creation section 13 for creating a NW switching notification message S3 addressed to the IP address thus outputted. The NW switching notification message S3 is transmitted from the network interface IFc on the terminal side. |
