PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mist generator provided with cooling operation which cools a water storage chamber after completion of sterilization operation.SOLUTION: In a mist generator which drives a mist motor 11, thereby, rotatively drives a rotator 10, sucks water in a water storage chamber 8 and crushes water, drives a blower fan 14 and, thereby, supplies humidified air containing nano-mist and negative ion from a blower port 2, after completion of normal operation mode, water in the water storage chamber 8 is replaced, a heating heater 16 is set to ON state to heat water in the water storage chamber 8, the mist motor 11 is driven with a predetermined rotation number, after elapse of a predetermined time, the heating heater 16 is set to OFF state, a water feed valve 20 is opened to feed water into the water storage chamber 8 up to full supply, the blower motor 14 is driven with a predetermined rotation number, a cooling operation in which, when the predetermined temperature or less is detected with a temperature sensor 17, water is discharged is performed and, therefore, a drain pipe 22 is not damaged by high temperature water. |
