PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus capable of exhausting heat generated from a fixing unit and a power supply board while preventing air with high humidity which has passed through the fixing unit from flowing in the power supply board.SOLUTION: A fan 71 is configured to exhaust air in a first space R1 where a low voltage power supply board 45, a high voltage power supply board 46 and a control board 47 are arranged and air in a second space R2 between a fixing cover 42 and a frame main body 32 of a flat bed scanner 5. An extended wall 70 is extended from a storage left wall 66 of a fan support part 60 to the fixing unit 13 side such that the first space R1 and the second space R2 are separated from each other. Therefore, air around the low voltage power supply board 45, the high voltage power supply board 46 and the control board 47 is allowed to pass through the first space R1, and exhausted by the fan 71. Also, air around the fixing unit 13 is allowed to pass through the second space R2, and exhausted by the fan 71. In this case, the air in the first space R1 is prevented from flowing in the second space R2 by the extended wall 70. |
