PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of producing a carbon nano structure which enables production of a high-quality carbon nano structure with high efficiency.SOLUTION: A method of producing a carbon nano structure is based on supplying a raw material gas to a catalyst and growing a carbon nano structure by chemical vapor deposition, and a gas X which is originated from the raw material gas and comes in contact with the catalyst contains hydrocarbons A having at least one allene skeleton and hydrocarbons B having at least one acetylene skeleton. The total volume concentration [A] of the hydrocarbons A is 0.2% or higher, and the total volume concentration [B] of the hydrocarbons B is 0.15% or higher. |
