The present utility model relates to the Process of Producing Malunggay(Moringa Oleifera) Rice Cake, where materials is found in the locality and enriched with powdered malunggay leaves. The process following the easy procedure which generally involves preparing of rice flour, toasting until light brown in color, set aside, combining the coconut milk , sugar in a wok , boiling , stirring constantly in medium heat for 5 minutes, adding toasted grated coconut, vanilla, glutinous rice flour and malunggay powder leaves, stirring continuously until the mixtures becomes thick and heavy not sticking to the wok/pan, sprinkling with the remaining powdered malunggay, cooling for 10 minutes, place the product on a board or flat surface and dusting with confectioner sugar, start rolling to form a cylindrical shape, cutting desired size, and packing in polyethylene I packaging container |
