The invention discloses an air-conditioning machine. The air-conditioning machine comprises a control device and a reception apprizing device. The control device carries out air conditioning control according an instruction sent by a wireless remote controller or an instruction sent by a portable terminal device via a communication line. The reception apprizing device apprizes that the instruction sent by the wireless remote controller or the instruction sent by the portable terminal device is received. In the operation stopped process, if an operation starting instruction is received by the portable terminal device, the reception apprizing device apprizes that the instruction sent by the portable terminal device is received, and after the apprizing by the reception apprizing device is finished, operation is started after a specified period. According to the invention, in particular, after the apprizing of the reception apprizing device is completed, operation is started after the specified period, so that an operator can complete specified operation after the apprizing of the reception apprizing device is finished, and unexpected starting of the operation in the specified period is fully prevented.
