PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a temperature measurement device capable of accurately measuring a temperature even when a current flowing through a temperature measuring element changes.SOLUTION: A temperature measurement device 100 includes: a temperature measurement element driving unit 8 that outputs a driving current IF; a temperature measurement element that is driven by the driving current IF; and a temperature difference measurement apparatus 16 that detects a temperature difference between the temperature measurement element driving unit 8 and temperature measurement element, as a detected temperature difference. The driving current IF is set so as to decrease according to a temperature rise of the temperature measurement element driving unit 8 and an output voltage of the temperature measurement element is set so as to decrease according to the temperature rise of the temperature measurement element; or the driving current IF is set so as to increase according to the temperature rise of the temperature measurement element driving unit 8 and the output voltage of the temperature measurement element is set so as to increase according to the temperature rise of the temperature measurement element. |
