PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce power consumption of an OLT while keeping processing operation for uplink data from an ONU.SOLUTION: An OLT 10 includes: a band allocation unit 17 for allocating, for each ONU 2, a transmission permission time zone in which the ONU 2 can transmit uplink data to the OLT 10, to the ONU 2; and a sleep control unit 18 for halting, on the basis of each ONU 2's transmission permission time zone, the whole OLT 10 or a halt target composed of one or a plurality of modules,in the OLT 10, for performing signal processing on received uplink data. |
