摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently increase a tensile fracture load of a joined body prepared by joining a ceramic member and a metallic member together.SOLUTION: A joined body 10 is prepared by joining a ceramic member 12 and a metallic member 14 together via a joining part 16. The joining part 16 is composed of a metallized layer 16a formed on the ceramic member 12 and a brazing layer 16b formed between the metallized layer 16a and a nickel coating film 14b of the metallic member 14. The metallized layer 16a is formed of a high-melting point first brazing material including an active metal, and the brazing layer 16b is formed of a second brazing material having a melting point lower than that of the first brazing material. In the metallized layer 16a, thickness of the center part is thicker than that of the outer circumference part. When the difference between the thickness of the center part and the outer circumference part of the metallized layer 16a is defined as the flatness, the flatness is ≤22 μm.
