PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stabilize any arbitrary system formed from a plurality of loads or power stations after suppressing excessive power source control in the system.SOLUTION: A system stabilizing device comprises: power source control object generator determination means for determining a generator subjected to power source control at a power source control execution time after step-out determination time from occurrence of an accident in the power system through opening of a section of an accident point when it is discriminated that a power system is unstable at a stability discrimination time on the basis of an internal phase angle of the generator at the stability discrimination time after the step-out determination time in the case where the power system is unstable at the step-out determination time; and re-closing stability evaluation means for determining a generator subjected to power source control at the power source control execution time again at a re-closing stability discrimination time when it is discriminated that the power system is unstable at the re-closing stability discrimination time on the basis of a predictive value of the internal phase angle of the generator at the re-closing stability discrimination time after a failure of re-closing after power source control in the case where it is discriminated by the power source control object generator determination means that the power system is stable. |
