PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an adhesive technology for pasting a salt grain to a surface of a rice cracker with sufficient strength without impairing the original flavor of the rice cracker to be pasted even when the diameter of the salt grain is large.SOLUTION: An adhesive for adhering a salt grain to a rice cracker surface contains a reduction starch degradation product in the range of 90-50 wt.%, whose dextrose equivalent (DE) is 18 when the whole adhesive obtained by mixing the reduction starch degradation product and water is 100 wt.%. |
