PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a remote controller having a dedicated mode that facilitates setting an item changeable by an administrator, and that enables a user to promptly notice that an unchangeable item is present.SOLUTION: In an air conditioner remote controller that includes a liquid crystal panel and an operation panel on which operation buttons are arranged, and that controls at least one indoor unit, a display mode constituted by a display selection screen on which only air-conditioning setting items are displayed for selecting the setting changeable item, and a simple display screen on which only the item selected on the display selection screen is displayed, is used as a dedicated simple mode and provided separately from an ordinary normal display mode. During setting of the dedicated simple mode, the display screen displayed on the liquid display panel is the simple display screen in a state in which the operation panel is not operated. During display of the simple display screen, only the operation of operation buttons related to the setting changeable item is made valid while the operation of the other operation buttons is made invalid. |
