摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ultrasound diagnostic apparatus and an ultrasonic probe which can quickly detect rising temperature on a subject contact surface and prevent temperature rise.SOLUTION: An ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes: a vibrator 21 for transmitting/receiving ultrasonic waves to/from a subject P; a first temperature sensor 26 placed away from the vibrator 21 on the side opposite to the side where ultrasonic waves of the vibrator 21 are transmitted/received and a second temperature sensor 27 placed farther away than the first temperature sensor 26; and a determination part 28 for determining whether or not temperature of a subject contact surface in contact with the subject P is a warning temperature on the basis of first and second temperatures detected by the first and second temperature sensor 26, 27. The determination part 28 determines that the temperature is a warning temperature when a temperature difference between the first temperature and the second temperature detected at the same detection timing as detection of the first temperature increases and reaches a second temperature limit before the first temperature increases and reaches a first temperature limit.
