A fixation clamp to stabilize a bone fracture comprising a pair of arcuate clamp members each including a concave inner surface having at least one spike-like element or protrusion extending outwardly from each concave inner surface to engage the bone surface to secure the fixation clamp in place pivotally coupled to each other and an adjustment device to tighten the arcuate clamp members around the bone forcing the spike-like elements or protrusions into the surface of the bone. |
